Full description

Enjoy a comfortable Magical Shuttle transfer between Charles de Gaulle (CDG) or Orly (ORY) and your Disneyland Paris hotel or other hotel in the surrounding area. Expect a comfortable ride in a coach equipped with free WiFi on board. From CDG Airport, coach shuttles depart every 45 minutes from 09:00 to 19:45 pm to Disneyland Resort hotels, Serris-Val d’Europe and selected hotels. There is a dedicated desk (between 2E and 2F) with greeters to welcome you. Boarding is at Terminal 1. From Orly Airport (ORY), the shuttle departs every hour from 09:00 to 20:25 to all Disney hotels. You can always disembark at the Disneyland bus station and transfer to the park’s own shuttle service, which runs every 15 to 20 minutes between all area hotels and the parks. The Magical Shuttle operates 7 days per week. Please check at your hotel reception or tourist board information for return schedule departure times. Note that on your return journey, it is best to schedule your shuttle departure at least 2.5 hours before your airport check-in time.

Everything went well, although there is a fault, when making the reservation I said that we were going with a 5 year old boy and that we needed the chair. Upon arriving the car had no child seat. This was not very serious of him. The driver very attentive, the new car, clean and comfortable and the ride fantastic.

We would be well received and informed about almost everything ... On the day of departure we were told that the bus would also start in Terminal 1 .. Well, the time was not the answer. BUT!!!! Our SUPER NICE bus driver saved us! We were more than late and would have missed our flight if she hadn't driven us over there! Thanks to your help we really got our flight !!! We call that perfect customer service! Thank you!!!!

The shuttle service is convenient and the buses are clean. Upon leaving the airport (Orly), however, queuing in the sun (or rain) is due to the fact that tickets are checked or issued directly on board by the driver when the doors are opened. It would save time if the check happened earlier for those who are already in the queue.
