Overall rating
An absolute must do when in Bali! We arranged transportation via the guide who contacted us directly prior to the trip to sort a smooth collection. It was an early start but the car journey was clean and comfortable and the driver was lovely. Our guides were Vino and Doly who were lots of fun! Their passion for the ocean was contagious, and they knew so much about the marine life. They knew exactly where to take us and what time, always putting our safety first with the sea currents and offering support to those who needed it. The boat was modern and comfortable and we were in good hands with the captain / crew. Most importantly, we saw 4 manta rays, multiple turtles and an array of beautiful fish on the coral reef too! Vino captured it all on his go pro which we received the same evening. Lunch was at a gorgeous beach club where we could have a swim and relax. It was our favourite day of the holiday and we would definitely recommend to anyone!
This morning we were picked up on time by our driver and taken to the port. Everything went smoothly at the port and on the speedboat. Our guide Tom was already waiting for us in Nusa Penida. He showed us the island with its many different special beaches and sights. The special highlights for us were Broken Beach and Kelingking Beach. He also took us to beaches that are not overrun by tourists. We had lunch before visiting Diamond Beach. Tom always drove us everywhere safely, took great photos and also took our individual requests into account. He also helped us with the tickets on the return trip on the speedboat. In Bali our driver from the morning was waiting for us again. All in all, it was a wonderful trip, thanks in particular to Tom. Thank you very much Tom!
Everything went very well and smooth, everyone was friendly and helpful, they took good care of the luggage as well. The only thing to be aware of is as mentioned in the description you need to firstly redeem your voucher to actual ticket in their office, which is 5 mins walk from the harbour.
I had the best day. Adrian was an amazing tour guide, so knowledgeable and organised. I would highly recommend this tour.
Our driver Widi was great. The activity itself was amazing, we saw lots of fish. The lunch after was very nice.
