Arrival and departure transfers are available from Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) and the following locations in Delaware: Wilmington, Dover, Newark, Newcastle, Middletown, and Delaware City, St. Georges. Luggage allowances are 1 standard-size suitcase and 1 small carry-on per person. No single piece of baggage or property weighing in excess of 60 pounds will be accepted for transportation unless there is additional help available to aid the driver in both the loading and unloading of such baggage. If passengers have an excessive amount of checked luggage or multiple large boxes, a private van will be required. Passenger will be required to pay the difference in cash between the cost of a private van and net rate of client issuing voucher. Go Airport Express Shuttle will not be liable for lost baggage since baggage is never removed from the passenger’s presence and is stored in the passenger compartment in which the passenger is riding. A passenger’s baggage remains, at all times, the responsibility of the passenger.

Poor, due to mix up in reservtion date.

Unfortunately I must advise you that the booking time and reservations was incorrectly dated as to be for me to be collected at Philadelphia Airport (PHL) September 28th, whilst all documentation confirmed I was to be collected September 29th. Your booking reference No: GYG00652154 and prepaid ticket confirms collection to be September 29th. The local agent did manage to reaffirm by collection at PHL for September 29th and transport was arranged for me to Hilton Wilmington Christiana. The prepaid docket/ticket was handed to the agent (vehicle driver) at drop-off time. I also mention that the vehicle was apparently operated by Delaware Express. I ask that this matter is resolved between yourselves and Delaware Express Co. Thank you David Kristensen
