Private Tour to Dead Sea and Baptism Site

1. Private Tour to Dead Sea and Baptism Site

Leave your hotel to visit the Baptist site, 55 kilometers away. Visit the baptism sight, located on the east side of the Jordanian River, recognized by the Vatican during the visit of John Paul II in 2000 to be the official baptism sight of Jesus Christ and a very important pilgrimage area to visit. This tour is very special to many people and will relate to individual faiths and beliefs. Baptisms and re-baptisms can be organized as a symbol of one's faith. This area is not only associated with Christianity, but also with the three divine religions: Jewish, Christian, and Islam with the ascension of the Prophet Elijah into heaven. You will then head to the lowest point on earth, 400 meters beneath sea level. The Dead Sea is probably one of the most incredible places in the world. It is known from the biblical story of the destruction of Sodom and Gomorra, which was turned into salt. The Dead Sea speaks for itself -  there are no living fish. It is by far one of Jordan’s most impressive and spectacular places to visit. Its calm shining water glowing from its scorching sun is known for its concentration of salt and minerals, which makes it a therapeutic and unique swimming experience not to be missed! Once your day tour has finished you will be returned to your hotel.

Dead sea and baptism of Jesus, we found bad weather but to see where Jesus was baptized it was worth the guide and she was nice and very kind the weather was ugly rare but it happened and so it was very cold and we could not enjoy of the dead sea that we have only wet our hands and paid 50 euros each to get in and out immediately given the cold .. certainly with the sun and the heat changes everything, but still it was a good experience ..

Baptism Site and the Dead Sea both were really special and amazing experience! We really loved it! Our Tour Guide, Anas is a very friendly and professional guide, the best person for this tour! We had enough time for everything that we planned in the schedule. It was a really cool day, and we will never forget it! We can honestly recommend it for everybody!
