Amazing experience! Our driver Titus made us arrive early to avoid the crowds for the giraffes and then stood at the front of the line and helped us get the best spot for the elephants! Bead factory helps the single mums and widows if you buy from them and they can even make a design for you on the spot which is nice (a little pricey) but the slow process of making each bead makes it worth it! Ideally for the giraffes and elephants you could uber to them and just pay the entrance fee (muuuuuuch cheaper) but you have to book in advance. There were no tickets left for the elephants for our dates that's why we booked with the tour as they had prebooked tickets. All and all a good day!

It was an amazing experience that we will never forget. To see the elephants and touch them and to hear about all the great work that the orphanage does was very special. Also our driver was very good and he got us a good spot at the rope in front of the elephants because people went crazy trying to get so close.

Couldn’t fault it . Driver on time , very warm and friendly. No fuss , straight in . Waiting for us outside when finished . Excellent.

Our guide knows his job. His arraged us best placed to see elephates feeding. We warmly recommend.
