Was not impressed coming into Darwin from Virginia early in the morning to discover that the tour was not running that day, despite me booking online prior to that day and not being notified, then had to return 2 days later. No apology. I gather that most of the clients would be tourists and do not carry a printer around with them when on holiday. It is most inconvenient to have to Find somewhere to print out your tickets rather than show an email when boarding.

    Great commentary

The bus driver was friendly and helpful. Just be aware that you will need to send a copy of your electronic ticket via email to the bus company before they will print a paper ticket for you to use on the bus. It was ok for us as we had access to wifi. Could be a problem if you didn’t have wifi access

Great way to see lots of different things!

Nothing on website about Seniors' Discount! I found I spent a lot of effort keeping track of the time when anticipating the next bus/activity. I missed the last bus - perhaps it went a little early? - so had to walk around to where the lift is and back to terminal. (It was not a problem!) And I'm not sure what could be done about this ... some places too complex to have driver come in and give a whistle! I had a drink when I went to the Mil. Museum, so looked at outdoor exhibits first. When I went back to the desk there was no one to collect tickets. Later the bus driver had to run back in with several people's tickets, otherwise confusion over whether the bus company owed the M. Museum money or v. versa. Having only one way to buy tickets might be easier for all in every way! Perhaps it could be mentioned by the drivers that Parap is only open in the mornings. I was planning that for the afternoon, not wanting to carry shopping around with me, but ... too late!
