The trip was nice and very informative concerning the history, culture, and environment of Tansania/Dar Es Salaam. The only small negative points were the guide being partially distracted because of calls from time to time and the driver being somehow inexperienced. All in all, I recommend it to everyone who wants to learn more about the country!

Our guide and driver were great. They went above and beyond to accommodate my mobility limitations and make every site as accessible as possible. The guide was very knowledgeable and the driver was expert at handling the traffic. The only reason we didn’t give them five stars is we asked to go to a local restaurant for lunch, not one for tourists. The guide said she had the perfect place in mind then took us to a tourist spot. When we asked her why, she said it was company policy to take us there. If that were true, she should have told us that up front when we made the request.

Mike was a fantastic guide and opened my eyes to many aspects of Dar and Tanzanian more broadly (with Dar being my first stop in country). In addition to the lively bustle which he helped me navigate, his insightful perspectives into the city, it's histories, cultures, economies and peoples was something I came back to reflect on throughout the trip. Definitely a day worth exploring!
