Dalmatia Day trips

Interesting trip but bear in mind if you come in March there may be less things open Pocitelj was deserted with one cafe open to get a drink and a quick hike to the fort at the top and down again. The Kravica waterfalls were nice but again here nothing was open so nowhere to get refreshments etc. We had visited Plitvice falls last year in Croatia and Kravica falls are nowhere near as impressive or extensive. Mostar is an interesting town to visit and the river area is lovely lots of shops and restaurants. We learned a lot about the 1990s war for independence from our lovely guide which I found really interesting and there was some stunning scenery. Long driving distances though.

What a day! We started in Sarajevo in the morning in sleet and at the second stop (Kravica waterfalls) it was 13 degrees and sunny. A great trip if you want to experience a lot in a short time :) our guide (Kenan or Tenan 🙈) was so attentive and accommodating. Thank you for the great day. We'd go again anytime ♥️🫶🏻♥️
