Full description
Be taken on an action-packed day tour to My Son Sanctuary and the Marble Mountain, two of the most popular attractions in Central Vietnam. The first stop will be to the My Son Sanctuary, a unique collection of temples which were built by the Cham people in the 4th century. Following that is a trip to the majestic Marble Mountains that loom for miles around. After admiring the view, travel to the sizable Am Phu Cave with its lofty vantage point. You will then discover dimly-lit cave temples, admiring colorful pagodas and gazing out over the Vietnamese countryside. The mountains themselves are made from limestone and marble (hence their name), of which the locals use to carve impressive statues and shrines. Before the day is done, there will be a visit to the Linh Ung Pagoda.

I had such a brilliant time on this tour. Small group and the bus was really nice and comfy, very modern. Our guide was fantastic and I learnt so much from her! We had some lovely local food and saw traditional dance. My highlights were learning about the Cham people and seeing the lovely view at the top of Marble Mountain. The weather can be crazy this time of year, be prepared with a poncho and/or a brolly! Our guide was a fount of information and even recommended some local dishes for me to try during my stay in Danang. I was delighted with everything!

We didn't stay very long at each site and we were back by 3 p.m. when it was supposed to last until 4:30 p.m., and we did not receive a bottle of water as indicated, but the day was very had a good time, our guide was great and the sites were very interesting

A fascinating trip to some beautiful places. Informative tour guide, sadly mistreated by a very rude couple of Irish girls. This tour is good because you have free time to explore yourself but they couldn't handle that, they threw the most childish fit when they couldn't find their way down two staircases and took it out on the tour guide. Dreadful behaviour, terrible representatives of their country. If you're an adult and can follow and simple map, you will enjoy the beautiful cave and temple system under your own steam at your own pace, with useful and informative background information from the guide before going round. Thank you to Helen the guide, and apologies for what you had to put up with today.
