My biggest concern was the meeting point. Random corner in Paris. No coffee shop, no hotel, no bathroom. Just standing there outside of a night club where some drunk people were still coming out at 6:40 am. Not safe. It was dark an a man who didn’t look trustworthy approached us, started asking questions about us and would not go away. Very uncomfortable.
Our trip with Simon was great! The van was very comfortable and reliable. Our stop for lunch was great and he was very knowledgeable about the area. He allowed us time to cater the tour to our small groups wants and needs spending more time other places if desired. Over all a great trip.
The guide was very knowledgeable able WW2 D-DAY facts and events. I would definitely recommend this trip, my daughter and I loved it despite the all day rain.
Visiting the museum, battle field and the cemetery were excellent. Lunch was really nice and a good break. Did not care for the farm experience.
Our guides Raymond and Thema were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable!!
