Communication was a little poor, especially seeing how it was a non-refundable tour. I only got my travel details the day before. The Sacred Valley tour was probably with another agency, because the guide didn't know I had already paid for my entrance fees. It was odd how they split the group into 3 restaurants for lunch. I was then given directions to the train station, and left to take the transport alone to Aguas Caliente, which was a little unexpected and could have been communicated better. I was met by another guide Joel, who turned out to be the best aspect of this tour. A fellow hiker, he gave me wonderful directions and advice for my ascent. He gave so much information and helped me to recognise features within the ruins of Machu Picchu city where I'd have otherwise just seen rocks. I picked the option for Machu Picchu Mountain and it came with a Circuito 3 access + re-entry which was a great itinerary.

I had two tour guides, for the first and second half of the 2-day tour, and both were absolutely fantastic. I learnt so much from this trip, and both tour guides were so kind in explaining the cultural details of what we saw. The arrangements for transportation were perfect, and very easy to navigate. All the pick-ups were arranged so that I had nothing to worry about.

Had a great experience! First day of the tour at the Sacred Valley was easy going and very enjoyable. Afterwards took the train to Aguas Caliente and arrived there at a dissent time. Enough time to shower and go out for dinner. Hotel which is included on the price was nice and clean. The hostess were very friendly and helpful. Our guide Roni came at the hotel to introduce himself and tell us what to expect and do the next day. Our first part of the day was on our own because we wanted to climb Huayna Picchu. Best decision on that. At noon we met with our guide Roni to continue our Machu Picchu tour. We were extremely happy with our guide. Learned a lot about Incas, how the city was build and how it was rediscovered. Overall a fantastic experience! Get Your Guide was always very helpful with answering questions and making sure all is going smooth. Every time I went on chat with them they were very helpful and prompt with their responses
