Efficient and friendly. The driver was outside the airport on time. It was also nice that he pointed out some of Cusco landmarks on the drive to the hotel. One negative note: I wish there was a WhatsApp message confirming the driver was waiting outside when I landed.

We missed our connection in Lima so we couldn’t make it to Cusco to stay overnight. Because of the changed plans we made a reservation at the last minute. We received our confirmation promptly and received another email with instructions and contact info a little later. Rodrigo made sure we were picked up from the airport promptly. His driver was waiting for us as we exited the airport. We were unable to take advantage of the full services because we were only in Cusco for a short period of time. I would recommend checking out their various tour exhibitions.
