I didn’t realize how chaotic it would be flying into Cusco navigating the crowds and airports and taxi drivers harassing you, so this was such a great option. My guide waited for me as my flight was delayed, had a sign, gave me his number and told me to text him if there was anything I needed at all during my time in Cusco. It was so nice to be greeted so kindly. I got to my hotel safely and in no time and the driver helped with my bags and everything.
