My experience about the visit to the archeological zone of Machu Picho was great, to the extent that I was thrilled and could not speak. As for Get Your Guide they were always attentive, before and in the activity, explaining the process of the visit in detail, providing help phones that give you security in the enjoyment of the activity.

Hi! The bus trip to the train and the train journey to Machu Picchu (enjoyed the train!) were good but sadly the return journey on both were not. The return train compartment had a constant movement which stopped even tea or coffee being offered and the return journey in the van was very cramped. I believe that there is an option to take the train right back to Cusco? If we had known about this we would definitely have opted for this. Our guide was great, he was very informative and a nice chap. We really enjoyed our experience and have recommended to all (who have listened!) that they need to follow in our footsteps. Thank you!

Fantastic experience

Admittedly, it starts damn early. Long time. you have to get used to arriving in South America. But the train ride through primary forests in narrow gorges at the foot of the Andean giants is unique. And just the beginning of an indescribable day tour up to the Inca city. Our guide Franco explained a lot and would like to have answered more questions, but after two and a half hours we were just "bottled". Franco also showed us the best positions for photos that others apparently left behind. In any case, there were fewer people there. We were able to move freely in the lower part after the end of the tour, as far as the income & path allowed. There is some gastronomy down in the valley in the Pueblo. The only weak point: According to a personal briefing, we were supposed to be picked up between 3.30 a.m. and 3.50 a.m. the previous evening, but the bus did not arrive until 4.15 a.m. We could have slept 30 minutes longer.
