Our guide Rolf was with us in the hotel before his time. There was therefore an extra round through the city. On the excursion that followed, we received a lot more information from Crete, and Rolf looked after us very well here. The whole day was very enjoyable from start to finish. By the way, the food was tasty too. Thank you for the impressive day.

The tour was exceptional. Our guide picked us up near our hotel and we drove to richtis falls. The walk to the falls was challenging enough to be exciting but easy enough for anyone to do it. We had plenty of time to swim in the falls and then got lunch after. Lunch was a delicious array of Greek cuisine and our guide made sure to converse with us about different types of food. After the falls we went to see Krasi and the olive tree, which was fascinating. We then went to an olive farm and got to sample the products and browse. The tour was especially good because of our guide who made sure to educate us about the culture, history and the ecology of Crete.

I really recommend this tour!!! Have booked a few tours, but my son (8 years) and I liked this one the most! Rolf our guide was just great with his many languages and friendliness! The hike through the forest was exhilarating and arriving at the waterfall just breathtaking! Eating together the homemade Greek cuisine is just great! You rarely get it like this as a tourist! Many many thanks to Rolf and also to the great group we were traveling with! Wear comfortable shoes that can get dirty! Water shoes are recommended at the waterfall because of the many stones.
