Overall the experience was great. Really enjoyed the audio tour, really informative and with funny stories. I got the activation link almost immediately and the people of support were great. The app was easy to install and download the audio part of my tour. Worth every euro! I would recommend it!

The ticket purchase was super easy. The entrance to the site is PAST the ticket counter, so don’t wait in that line… It’s really hot with not much shade, so be sure to wear a hat and bring water. I didn’t listen to the guide thing, I just read the things by the places of interest. Overall, the site wasn’t that interesting to me. (And I LOVE art history/history.) I spent an hour inside, and left to be able to catch the bus and not have to wait another hour in the heat. ‍♀️

It was a great way to experience the historical site of Knossos. The audio guide allowed us to experience the site at our own pace. If we missed some info or forgot something we could always just go back and listen or read it again. We are not big fans of museums or history but do like to take in significant places and this was a great way to do it!
