Everything worked great, I was then able to send the link for downloading the audio (depending on how many people paid for it) and then downloaded the tour in the hotel using the WLAN. Didn't have to wait in line for the tickets (time saving of about 40 minutes), which was great, of course. We were able to go straight into the palace and it worked out well with the tour. I think it's great that the text is also there for you to read.

It was great to be able to walk past the long queue (waiting in line to get tickets) and start our guided tour as soon entering. I love being able to look at the sights while getting the information. It also allowed us to avoid the more crowded spots and potentially go back to them later and then start the audio. The audio tour itself was well done: interesting and clear, some great stories.

This site is magnificent and steeped in history. However, what helped us the most was the application in French. It allows you to see the palace in 3D and have explanations in French. We bought it on the site to live in Athens. There was also a lack of numbered markings to indicate the direction of the visit.
