Nicky our guide was excellent. The pace of the visit was just right. Her level of knowledge was superb and she made it come alive for us. She gave us the right amount of information and was always willing to answer questions. The tour was very well organised. My only disappointment is that there were many people and the small bus was virtually full so no possibility of social distancing.

Knossos Palace & the Museum at Heraklion Very Interesting

The Palace and Museum were worth the visit, Heraklion itself is full of shops and restaurants, I am sure it has many other places of interest but after visiting the museum and getting something to eat we had no time to explore it further. It’s a long day out, half of it is spent travelling on a coach there and back with a stop for a drink and snacks each way although we weren’t very impressed with the choice of cafe or the coffee. In hindsight we would have hired a car but understand why some people prefer to travel by coach/do a tour.

Well organized, transport, punctual, very good air-conditioned bus, guide - nice with great knowledge, efficiently ripped all elements of the trip. Guide to Knossos itself - huge knowledge, interestingly and colorfully passed -manolo-guide. The Archaeological Museum of Heraklion impresses with the number of exhibits. Very intense trip, we must go back there.
