My 10yo son and I had a great time eating various local foods, learning about the history of Chania, and meeting other travelers from all over the globe. I would highly recommend doing this early in your stay in Chania to help you get a lay of the land so you get the local opinion on things to do and see and restaurants to try. well with the money and time!
