This trip was really excellent, made all the more interesting by the passion of our tour guide, and his amazing knowledge of the area, the fauna, flora, and the history. There was so much to see and soak up. My only issue was the bus, as it was so cramped, my knees were wedged into the seat in front and the seat belts were really really hard to handle. I felt trapped. Additionally, the height of the seat in front prevented me from seeing where we were going. I'll definitely go back there though as it was fascinating.

It was a long day but excellent value. Our guide was very informative and had lots of interesting facts that I didn’t know about Tasmania as a whole as well as the towns we went through. The lunch was great and there were choices between wraps rolls different fillings. Soup warm drinks and even hot chocolate. It was a great day.

I had an amazing day at Cradle Mountain yesterday. We were picked up on time by our friendly guide Shery (hope the spelling is correct). She was so knowledgeable and was sharing the stories the whole trip. We learnt about Launceston history, nature, animals and Cradle Mountain. We visited Sheffield, short stop to enjoy the MURAL Festival and grab a coffee. Then, we headed to Cradle Mountain. Despite of the rain and cold, but the landscape is still gorgeous. Our guide also took several photos and kept everyone's spirits high! We had an hour to walk around the lake, although if you want to hike, you need more time of course. It is accessible for anyone, easy walk for all group ages. Lunch was light: 4 options of sandwich or wrap, hot soup, muesli bar & coffee or tea. And spot a few wallabies. We visited Ashgrove cheese factory were we could enjoy an ice cream, cake or coffee. Back to Launceston by 5.15pm which was perfect, so I could take the suttle bus to the airport, thanks our guide!
