If you choose just the shuttle bus option, your ticket will be emailed to you after booking. Only a printed ticket will be accepted on the bus. You may print your ticket at Piłsudskiego 7 street
If you choose the option for the guided tour, ticket, and transportation, the driver will give you the direct entry ticket
The Auschwitz-Birkenau guided tour takes 3.5-4 hours, plan your transportation accordingly
The busiest times at the museum are 9 AM to 12 PM
Buses depart from Krakow main bus station, MDA, Bosacka 18; and return buses depart from Auschwitz Memorial Musuem, ul. Stanisławy Leszczyńskiej 16, Oświęcim.

The meeting place was easy to find and the driver friendly and knowledgeable. He provided tips alongside the guidebook for what to look at once inside Auschwitz and Birkenau. It was a highly interesting and informative trip, which thankfully wasn't quite as harrowing as I had envisaged although nothing can prepare you for the hair and the shoes. It would have been nice to have a little longer to read the vast information in Auschwitz but otherwise I think it is ideal for those wishing to have a non guided trip.

Just a problem tickets received at 8:40 p.m. the day before in a format not readable on the phone we had to call France to obtain them in PDF format and then we had to find a place to print them since apparently the bus does not only took printed tickets. Therefore when you are abroad it is not easy. I think e-tickets on the phone would be much easier. Last point the driver not very pleasant.

Quan going to arrive at the location indicated by the recollection is going to show that potser will be wrong because there is no sign that he indicated that there will be a point of recollection. But the xofer will arrive on time and kindly will accommodate a Molt Commode minibus in which Vam Viatjar Sols Cap will go to Austwich. Ens will pose a movie about the camp d'extermini. Recommended Molt
