I would recommend! We were informed about all details such as pick up time and location one day before. We were only 7 people in the shuttle which I considered to be safer during this pandemic. The whole day was very well organised: we did not have to wait in queues as all tickets and tour guides were already purchased and arranged by this activity operator. The downside for the trip would be the tour guide that was assigned to us for our trip to Auschwitz: he was monotonous and quite dull. Another drawback to the trip would be the restaurant they took us to for lunch before we continued with the Salt Mine tour; VERY slow service. It may be because it was our waiter's first day since we did not receive what we ordered!

We had to split the tour into two days due to the snow and Corona opening hours. The agency took care of the organization perfectly. The Italian guide in Auschwitz was great. The guided tour with the lady in the salt mine was also very interesting. We would especially like to thank our driver Artur, super nice and very communicative.

It’s great to see it all in one day, it’s quite tiring by the end of the day as it’s a lot of walking. Great afternoon stop for lunch, breaks up the day. Salt mines tour wasn’t for us found it too long but was an experience to see it.
