Full description
Meet your guide at a convenient location to begin your experience. Before departure you will be given a quick safety briefing, and bikes will be adjusted and tested in an enclosed area without traffic. Heading south and entering the bike track, the first stop will be in a crystal clear cenote (or underground river). You will learn about Cozumel's underground river system, and its native flora and fauna. The next stop is a Mayan botanical garden, before arriving at Sky Reef Beach. Snorkeling will last for up to 50 minutes in Tormento's Reef, doing the shallows and part of the deep water. After snorkeling, you will be given free time to relax at the beach, and eat and drink something if you wish.   On the way back, the last stop will be in a Mexican Hacienda, learning how artisan tequila is made in Mexico. You will see the process step by step, and enjoy tasting the finest tequilas.

Our guide “Mario” was very accommodating, he was flexible with our day & met all our needs. E-bike was easy, fun & left a minimal footprint on an island that imports everything Including gas! Snorkelling was conveniently straight off the beach and lunch was excellent! Tequila tasting & authentic Mexico gift shopping stop, made this day great for us! To be fair, it was just us (2) & Mario. The only down side, is getting to/from the pick location, it’s a $8 taxi each way off the cruise ship.

The three of us arrived in Cozumel that morning on the ferry. Our guide Tricia was patiently waiting for us in a little shop on one of the side streets off the harbour. She gave us bikes, helmets, and a little tutorial on how to turn them on and get going. Almost immediately after that we were on full vamanos! For the next four hours we followed Tricia's lead through the town, via the backstreets, across highways, along the beach - all the while never straying from the bike lane nor losing track of Tricia. It was a wonderful way to see the island in a pinch. Tricia took us for a dip in a cenote, snorkelling amongst some reefs at the beach, and lastly Tequila tasting. At each spot Tricia would explain things to us in exquisite detail. As a local, she spoke not only about the places we were visiting but of her own travels, experiences, and ambitions. It felt personal and genuine. Tricia was a wonderful guide. At the end of it was kind of sad to say goodbye. Thank you Tricia!

Had the most amazing time with Tricia guiding me and my friends along the island. The snorkelling was absolutely incredible and we really enjoy the time at the cenote and tequila tasting. Tricia was a perfect guide - so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Plus e-bike is perfect way to see the island even in the heat. Thank you!
