From Cancún: Cozumel Snorkeling Tour

I booked this trip yesterday and was never picked up this morning. I have called and written and never heard back. Under all criticism.

It was a terrible experience, we spent the entire tour going from "guide to guide", they were not accompanying or explaining the tour... everything started with an unnecessary transfer, then approaching the ferry where we were no longer with the group and we were told that perhaps we will be without a fixed guide, and then in Cozumel they assign us to local workers (who teach us and explain how to snorkel, they behave like a 7), then at lunch time, they specified two less vegetarians who were not considered, Then we had to meet at the ferry, we boarded it and when we got off we couldn't find the initial guide (Oscar Altamirano) and we didn't recognize the rest of the group since we hadn't been with them, so it was difficult to find them, and once identified, the guide told us. He rebuked him saying "we were late because where we were", we refuted that he had not given us the information.

I WISH I COULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS. DON'T BUY IT!!!! They meet very early and the tour starts late, they made us get on a bus that was going in the opposite direction to the Ferry port, generally poor organization. Our Guide Oscar left us abandoned all day, we took a tour in a very precarious boat and we were scared. The food is not a big deal, we asked 3 times if there was a vegetarian option, they assured us there was, but when we got to the restaurant they told us no. Terrible service from the SUASTE company, bad and very arrogant guides, especially Oscar Altamirano. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. Definitely not worth what it costs.
