The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knew their jobs well. They were experienced and professional. We felt very safe through all the activities. My only suggestion is make sure guests know their itinerary. It was a guessing game what we were doing next, when or where to meet up. Getting to and from each activity once we met the guides was efficient. We did the 8 hour all activities and drove ourselves so we had to keep returning to the reception area and asking what’s next. It felt a bit imposing. A written schedule/agenda, would be helpful and we would not have felt like we were bothering the reception, Horseback riding was a scenic trail. Horses well trained. River was challenging at times 2 of us fell out of the inner tubes banging into others on the rapids. Zip lining was well managed and scenic in the tree canopy. Trails were well maintained and had signage. Lunch was delicious local cuisine buffet. Hot springs were a long distance away.
