Have been to gib before and done the guided tours etc. Just wanted to do my thing at my pace and this trip gave me over 5 hrs to do that so yes was good. For me it was an easy cheap way to get to Gibraltar albeit at the expense of lots of stops which didn't bother me as I don't mind the journey

The trip was excellent however the only problem was that GetYourGuide only gave the main pickup points whereas booking locally would have advised that there was a pickup and drop off 5 mins walk from our hotel which would have saved us 2 taxis at almost 20 Euro. It was good to be able to book in advance though as the trip was very busy.

It was really easy to book the trip by phone and we were at the meeting place in good time. There were others coming from Fuengirola and we were a little confused by the fact that at least 5 buses stopped and one of us was always taken on board in alphabetical order. The guide of one bus was even a bit rude, once we couldn't tell that not everyone was going on the same bus. The trip went quickly and the guide explained everything clearly. Even though there were more buses, there is no traffic jam anywhere because of that. A well organized excursion. Our main point was to see Europe Point, monkeys and go shopping. When we got there, we took a taxi and the driver was a great local woman, who took us to the lighthouse (approx. 23e) and took us to the place where we could go up via the cable car, and we didn't have to wait much. At the top, we immediately saw monkeys, even though we didn't go to the zoo. It's great, we'll definitely visit again.
