This tour was everything we wanted. Mossimo was an EXCELLENT tour guide. He was extremely knowledgeable, humorous and kept the tour interesting. My family and I were lost returning to the tour after the lunch break. We ended up running into Mossimo- he had gone to look for us. That was so kind of him. We were very grateful as we didn’t want to miss the second half of the tour. Highly recommend the tour, and highly recommend Mossimo!!

After being separated into groups, we took off for St Peters Basilica. We learned about different symbols that we would see around the the Vatican. We went up in an elevator, and got to see St Peter’s from above in the dome. There was then a possibility to climb up to the top of the Dome. After a break, we met back up with the same group to explore the Vatican Museum. We saw a lot of the art work that was acquired or commissioned by various popes.

Wow wow wow! I’ve never seen anything like the Vatican city. St Peter’s Square and the Basilica.. so much to see!! The dome climb is not the easiest climb, many stairs and small spaces. The view is cool. I guess once you’re there, why not huh? The Vatican Museum was also very amazing. So much art! Our guide Sandra is passionate, knowledgeable and just great! Love love her! Better to go with a guide to explain the history rather than on your own for sure!
