Explore the UNESCO World Heritage Site of the Scandola Nature Reserve on a scenic boat tour from Porto. Experience one of the last Mediterranean territories to provide shelter for endemic flora and birdlife and discover the striking rocky landscape of Calanche de Piana. Depart from Porto and cruise through the reserve, rich with marine life and seabirds, on board a semi-rigid boat. Stop in the coastal village of Girolata and marvel at its stunning setting, surrounded by the sea. During the winter, watch as it becomes nearly abandoned, with only about 15 residents. Venture into the Calanche de Piana and explore an outstanding landscape of pink granite rocks, shaped over the centuries by changes in temperature, strong winds, and sea spray. Observe the geological diversity of the rocks and jump into crystal blue waters for a cooling swim in a natural pool.

superbe balade en mer dans le site paradisiaque des calanques de Piana et de la réserve naturelle de Scandola. Par contre au moment d'échanger notre bon de réservation au restaurant le Cyrnée à Ota, la personne nous a reçu plutôt fraîchement (c'était un homme) et nous a donné des renseignements erronés quant à l'endroit où nous devions soi-disant attendre que l'on vienne nous chercher pour embarquer. Donc rien à reprocher à la Compagnie NAVE VA, bien au contraire, mais à son commanditaire à OTA oui.

Les Calanques et la Réserve de Scandola sont magnifiques à voir. Notre bateau pourtant grand s'est approché très près pour nous permettre de voir et de photographier. Nous avons passer un moment exceptionnel et avons pu contempler ce site naturel pendant plus de 3h30. Avec l’arrêt baignade à la magnifique piscine naturelle de Capo Rosso mais aussi au petit village de pêcheur de Girolata. Ce fut une merveilleuse expérience notamment grâce à l’aide de notre super guide Nicolas qui nous a transporté dans un autre monde, Merci beaucoup à lui nous referons cette croisière sans hésiter à notre prochain passage.
