Since there are no shops on the island, it’s important to bring food, water, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for a day in this sun-drenched environment. From the dock, if you look to the right of the harbour, you’ll find the path leading to El Puertito, a former fishing village next to a white sandy beach. El Puertito is home to buildings that pre-date the island’s status as a Natural Park. To the left of the harbour lies the island's only beach. Take a dip in the calm, turquoise waters or relax on the soft sand, perfect for families, couples, or solo travellers. Known as "La Concha" (The Shell) due to its shape, the beach's official name is La Caleta. From here, you can see the distant dunes of Corralejo, Fuerteventura’s contours, and the unique volcanic mountain "La Caldera" behind you. For those eager to explore further, take a deep breath and get ready to ascend La Caldera, the island’s tallest peak. This volcanic cone, standing at 127 metres, offers breathtaking views of Fuerteventura and Lanzarote. The round-trip hike takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes and provides a peaceful escape to enjoy the colours and silence of the island. While visiting the northern part of the island, you’ll come across the lighthouse, once maintained by Josefina Plá’s father. Now fully automated, the lighthouse offers a quiet resting spot with sweeping views of the sea and Lanzarote’s volcanic landscape. A complete walk around the island takes around 2 hours and 30 minutes.

The experience starts with a short 10-minute boat ride along the island’s southern coast, offering picturesque views of "El Puertito," an old fishing port with its white sand beach and the island’s only restaurant, as you enjoy a drink on board. Afterwards, take a relaxing 25-minute swim in the crystal-clear waters near the island’s coast, perfect for snorkelling and discovering vibrant marine life. Following the snorkelling session, you can choose from several return times to Corralejo: 14:20, 17:00, with additional options at 16:00 and 18:00 available from July to September. These return times can be selected on the same day, giving you flexibility to plan your visit as you wish. In addition to the mini-cruise and snorkelling, you’ll have time to explore Isla de Lobos at your own pace. Just a 7-minute walk from the landing point is La Concha Beach, known for its shell-like shape, though its official name is La Caleta. You can ride along the trails in Corralejo National Park, or head towards the beautiful beaches that are nearby. If you are feeling more adventurous you can ride from Corralejo to Lajares or El Cotillo. Adventure awaits you with numerous attractions and an amazing landscape in Fuerteventura. Get outdoors and explore the area with the freedom of a bike rental. Pick up the bike in the office between 9 and 13:00. Return of the bike between 17:30 and 18:30 or the following day in the morning but during the night the bike must remain inside the house.
