- All guests receive a 3-part comparison whiskey tasting - sampling Jameson against Scotch and American whiskey - as part of the tour
- All tours are in English, but language tours can be booked for groups of 15 people or more
- The tour is both indoors and outdoors, so rain jackets are required. In off-peak season - October - April - warm clothing is required
- Alcohol will only be served to persons over 18 years old. Those under 18 receive a soft drink. All children must be accompanied by an adult
- 4 tours take place per day at 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, 2:30 PM, and 4:15 PM (7 days per week)
- Private guided tours available on request
