This tour was led by a true guide who shared her knowledge with our small group in a really friendly and helpful way. She took us into any shop or building that caught our interest while staying with the script on the food stops and tour through the old town. One tip- tell your cab driver that you are going to the old fortress entrance. If not he will drop you far short of your meet up and b.s. you that he can’t drive to that spot. It’s a common trick they pull.

Ariti was an excellent guide and we loved our food and culture tour with her. She’s friendly and easygoing and full of fascinating insights. Corfu town is beautiful to explore; we learnt a lot about its history and about modern Greek culture too. The food, tasted at local stores and restaurants, was yummy and neverending—start slowly! Katharina was very welcoming and was able to answer all of our questions. The food was exceptionally great, of great quality. All hosts were accommodating and made us feel welcome. Please do not have breakfast beforehand! We then had a good overview of Corfu and its history. The tour is definitely recommended. Would she do it again.
