Excellent guide with loads of knowledge and a relaxed style of delivering. The tech which enabled us to stay informed within a 15-20m distance enhanced the experience. I don’t usually like being part of a group trailing around in a bunch but this has converted me.

The explanations given about how and why the cathedral inside a mosque evolved were quite significant and this was made easier with the aide of a colored chart. I did wish that chart was shared to each of the participants as there were other groups who were also given discussions simultaneously.

The guide clearly knew his stuff and allowed me to relax, look and listen to understand the fascinating history of the, Mezquita. Also need to give a shout out to the customer service team at GYG, who were available at 1 am and reacted swiftly to correct the date of my visit. Impressive service.
