Explore Copenhagen’s innovative Nørrebro neighborhood on a self-guided bike tour, with complimentary GPS and audio guide for at least 5 hours use. See dynamic new urban planning and social housing projects, and pedal down cool shopping streets.
What to Expect
Pedal the bike-friendly streets of Copenhagen's vibrant Nørrebro neighborhood, and explore the city’s most densely populated and multi-ethnic district. Full-day bike rental is included, along with an audio guide and GPS device.
Cycling at your own pace, see how the working class area has been transformed into a hip enclave. Learn about the world’s busiest bicycle street, and the cemetery that doubles as a chill-out garden. Ride down cool shopping streets, and go to experimental recreational spaces.
The tour covers classic and lesser-known sights, such as Nørrebro’s largest green courtyard, the urban playspace of the Super Wedge, community-inspired BaNanna Park, and gritty Ground 69.
The route covers 6 miles (10 kilometers) and 13 exciting destinations, and can be completed in around 2-3 hours. But as there’s no guide to hurry you along, you are free to take breaks along the way, easily turning it into a leisurely full-day tour. The battery in your audio-visual GPS device will give you a minimum of 5 hours continuous use.
