The bus tour was interesting. One set of earphones didn’t work so just changed for a new pair. The reason for only 4 stars is our vouchers weren’t changed on the bus so after getting to the boat kiosk we had to return to the hoho shop to get the correct tickets for the boat tour and the queue for the boat was very long! Although the canal boat cruise was the best part of the tour, definitely recommend getting the tickets with the boat tour included as it’s not much more in price.

On a mother daughter trip with a young adult daughter we found this to be a valuable service. there are several lines so you have to sure you are on the right red bus - the taxis are so expensive and I was not comfortable trying to navigate the metro system- so two day pass commuted us to most every wanted to go and the full route gives a lovely tour of the city

Generally pleasant and had an informative commentary . A couple of things could be better. The instruction as to getting tickets on the bus was not accurate - I could only do that at Stop 1. The gap between seats is too tight for anyone taller than 180cm. The driver changeover took too long (sitting for 7-8 mins with no A/C or natural circulation on a warm day was not pleasant). Finally, if the ticket says valid until 6.30pm but in reality means 5.45 at the most popular spot, it should be explicit.
