Our guide, Lisa, was absolutely engaging with interesting side stories of Danish history and of the Danish landmarks. The storytelling style of Lisa was funny and smart. And we now feel the city's paranoia on the event of fire/s. We feel safe going around with the city bike, however, I found the back pedal too tight, making me halt abruptly. (I'm used to road bike without back pedal brakes.) Overall, the experience was 100/100. Thank you guys.

Lisa was a good tour guide with a good sense of humor. But my bike seat wouldn't stay up, which was very frustrating for 3 hours. We also did not visit Tivoli Gardens, which the description says you'll do. Overall, this was informative, but a little disappointing.

We had a fantastic tour of Copenhagen with YUS. She has verey detailed knowledge of the city's history and is such a kind individual. I am not an expert biker and I did not feel comfortable going on a bike with back pedal breakes and I was prepared to not join the tour on that basis. She sourced a normal bike from a rental on the street using her own credit card to unblock it and made it soo easy for me to also refund her at the end of the tour. I was very impressed with this company. It was such an enjoyable afternoon going around such a splendid city. Highly recommended.
