The Copenhagen Visitor Service is located in the Axelborg building, directly across from Tivoli Gardens' main entrance and adjacent to the SAS Radisson Collection Hotel. Your guide will be wearing a distinctive hat or cap and will meet you inside the Visitor Service if it's open, or will be waiting just outside if it's closed.
