The guide was welcoming and nice. We did enjoy our time with sightseeing the beautiful lake and the villas around the lake. Our group enjoyed the conversations with the guides, their communication was clear. They showed interest to show us around and was very welcoming! Even though we had to start a bit later since the dock was so busy, yet the guide was very respectful to our time! It was my first time and first day in Italy and it was a good start this activity!
