  • For children up to 20 kilograms, child seats are available: for this option it is mandatory to contact the local partner to check availability as they may not always be available
  • Minimum height in order to participate is 160 cm (5'3")
  • The tour is subject to cancellation due to bad weather
  • The tour is guided and it is not possible to take the bikes without a guide
  • Theft insurance is not available: in case of theft or damage 700€ (Standard Bikes) or 1200€ (City eBikes) will be charged at the rental location and other prices will apply in case of damage to accessories.

This was an amazing way to see como in a short period of time. I think we saw a lot more then we would have bu foot and electric bike made it easy. Our party age ranged from 40 to 73 and everyone loved this activity. We would absolutely recommend. If you can go on a week day (less crowds).

C’est une super façon de visiter la ville, à la fois culturelle et ludique. On s’adapte très vite à l’assistance électrique des vélos qui permettent même au moins sportifs de faire des kilomètres. Serge est un guide très sympathique, il a fait un petit détour pour nous permettre d’acheter des pâtes fraîches. Merci pour cet agréable moment.
