Discover the secrets of authentic Neapolitan pizza at one of Como’s top-rated pizzerias, awarded the Travellers' Choice in both 2022 and 2023. Guided by an expert master pizza maker, you’ll learn precise techniques, including the correct proportions, kneading methods, and rising times needed to create the perfect thin and soft Neapolitan crust.

In small groups and at your individual station, you'll craft the dough from scratch and master the ancient technique of "staglio" to shape your own "panetti."

Before moving on to the pizza-making phase, take a break to enjoy a delicious bruschetta, perfect for getting another taste of Italy.

Next, step up to the wood-fired oven like a real pizzaiolo, where your chef will help you roll out and top your Margherita pizza with fresh ingredients. Want to personalize your pizza? Add your favorite toppings to make it uniquely yours!

We can accommodate lactose intolerant guests and vegans, but unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free options.
