The map for where to meet was not easy to follow. Network connections drop off on the road up, so if you haven’t downloaded the map in advance, you will have some confusion. It would be more helpful to specify that you continue to drive beyond the skywalk itself to go to the Columbia Icefield Centre.

The tour was Very smooth and organized - shuttle bus was on time and very convenient to return back to discovery centre. Audio player provides great information, worth taking the time to listen to recordings as you experience the walk. Only negative at $43 per person (including tax), thought it's slightly over priced. But worth experiencing once!
