My husband and I are from North Georgia, USA. Our trip began with the nicest young man explaining everything to us. He was very personable. Our red snow vehicle driver was Jake & he was awesome driving us to the ice glacier. Very humorous and personable so we enjoyed that ride also. The ice glacier was amazing and beyond gorgeous. We enjoyed it immensely. We enjoyed walking all about, seeing the blue ice, looking at the mountains all around, and taking our picture with the big Canadian flag. We had the best time at the Skywalk. The glass floor, the blue Skywalk sign, and the learning stations were great. Learning about the Mercedes buses, the glaciers formation, and the building and maintenance of everything was so valuable. The visitors center and the gift shop was terrific. Thank you for a wonderful experience and a fabulous day!

Vik was very patience and nice, which my hubby and I really appreciated. On the day of our trip, weather was bad and it was raining most of the time, luckily we could still made it to the main points at Columbia Icefield and Pyeto Lake, it was wonderful. I personally preferred the Pyeto Lake to the Bow Lake but it was nice to know them all. Friendly reminder that when you go to the Sky Walk, on the way back you might have to wait for a while for the shuttle bus to arrive which caused our group extra time to reach out final pick-up point eventually. Ps: You can get discount for the ticket to Columbia Icefield (Sky Walk included) with Vik’s account.

Arjit Singh was very helpful and stopped at all designated places giving enough time to explore

Knowledgeable driver, he pointed out the best places for taking photos.

Our driver Kasie was great! Funny and informative.
