It was so amazing!!!! The crew were helpful, kind and professional. They did their jobs efficiently! John, our pilot, was engaging, fun- clever jokes to entertain☺️, and so knowledgeable. He set up and piloted the balloon expertly! The ride was just breathtakingly wonderful!! And at the end we had champagne (or water or orange juice). John explained why this is done at the end of each flight!!! Everything was perfect!!!! Bucket list: hot air balloon ride ✔️YAY! Thank you❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
