Everyone was so helpful and gracious. They were knowledgeable about the area and its history and kept us entertained. We needed a ride back to our hotel and they set up a ride for us, which we truly appreciated after a long day of walking all over the city. Thanks to all of the wonderful guides for all their help,, tips and courtesy. You made our trip that much more enjoyable!

Guides were very informative and friendly. Got on and off a few times, each diver was excellent. Only issue, I walk with a cane, so getting up onto the trolley was a challenge. It would be helpful if you had a few multi step seat locations on each of the cars . Lifting my leg from the running board was extremely difficult.

Our Guide was exceptional and made the tour worth every penny. He was knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and articulated his communication very well. The speakers used to allow everyone to hear were perfect! Gratuities are totally voluntary, but he did such a great job you truly wanted to tip him.

Summer did an AMAZING job informing us of the history and recommendations of places to shop and eat at.

this is definitely necessary if you don't know much about the area.
