Great Museum with a great historical section after the factory and loads of interactive parts! It was however incredibly busy so buying a ticket felt partly pointless (apart from skipping the queue). There seemed to be no limit on the number of people allowed in the museum at a time, so if you're going on a weekend be ready to queue through the majority of factory half. Would reccomend going early or on a weekday!

A great experience. You can learn a lot about the origin and production of chocolate. The chocolate fountain was canceled due to the situation, but that didn't bother us at all. The subsequent hot chocolate in the in-house café restaurant was delicious. Nice staff and the hygiene concept was well implemented.

The Chocolate Museum is definitely a very interesting and worth seeing thing when you are in Cologne. I would definitely order the tickets in advance, you avoid a long waiting time at the cash desk and we have also booked a guided tour that I can highly recommend to everyone. You are informed about the important things and thus learn a lot about the production and processing and see a little more than the visitors who "just" walk through. A successful experience!
