Colmar: 2-Hour Segway Tour

It was fun and even for a Segway novice I felt safe. Our guide made sure everyone had a practice first and kept checking on how we were getting along with the machine. Moving through town was not as daunting as I thought it might be and heeding the warnings about how to manoeuvre, keeping a safe distance from others and obstacles helped ensure an entertaining and safe exploration of Colmar. Lots of information shared and in a fun way that made this tour so enjoyable.

I have never ride a Segway before, so was apprehensive before I met the owner of the shop. He explained to us that it is very safe and easy to use, but we first we needs to listen to it's introduction to the machine very very carefully. As long as we understand what not to do, we will be fine. True enough after 5 minutes of instructions and hands on, we are ready to go on our 2 hrs adventure round Colmar, with about 20 important stops, where our trainer and also guide explain the various history of the places we visited, and when we went to visit the New Town, the pace is faster and more exciting, now all of us have got use to the Segway, we were moving faster and also feel the power of the machine. This is a very exciting 2 HR Segway ride, worth every penny. Now we are also fully Segway trained.
