What People Are Saying About Colle Oppio
Francesca's deep knowledge made Rome's ancient monuments come to life!
Our guide, Francesca, was extremely knowledgeable and entertaining. Not our first trip to these sights, but definitely our best. Francesca picked key things to show us, and made them come to life with historical insights and anecdotes. Very easy to arrange the tour - highly recommend the experience.

You have to use their guide she is amazing you won't regret
Our guide was amazing and the best guide we've had in whole of Italia so far! She speaks fluent English without a thick Italian Accent so we could understand her with so much ease. She was patient, knowledgeable and very accomodating. She is really passionate about her job, you can see from her in depth details of the Roman ruins. Ask her any questions and she'll be able to answer you in detail, she was literally our walking encyclopaedia. You have to get her you won't regret I promise you. If you don't it's really your loss not hers!

Informative tour with a great and fun guide!
As I was visiting Rome for work - being a cameraman, I had a two day break, in which I wanted to learn more about its biggest attractions: Colosseum and the Roman Forum. Wandering around by yourself could be fun too, but to actually hear someone visualize what the places once were, made my visit so much more meaningful. I can't remember the name of my guide, but as a local and someone who basically had been guiding people all her life, she was very interesting and fun to listen too. We still had to wait about 5-10 minutes to be able to get in the Colosseum, but compared to my second visit two days later (no skip the line, which took me about 30 minutes) that didn't bother me. I do have the feeling I've seen everything that I was able to see, all because I choose to take a guided tour (instead of those cheaper audio tours).

The guide and tour went smoothly and added insightful information.
The time spent on the Colesseum could have been shorter, as 1.45 min plus was spent at the Colessuem. I would have preferred more time allocated to the Roman Forum.

A wonderful and memorable tour w/ Marzia.
It was an interactive lovely afternoon tour w/ Marzia. Marzia is not just very knowledgeable of Rome's history, she's witty as well, that we could almost feel how it was living in ancient Rome, walking pavements where chariots and great men walked on.
