The tour was a nice but they showed in print that it was a duration of 4 hrs when in fact from the 11:30 start time at their tour office until we got back to the dock at 4:30 was 5 hours and then we had to walk back to the bus drop off point to get the bus back to the tour office starting point. The first bus that pulled up could not fit everyone so they told us we had to wait for the next bus. We needed to go back to our hotel and then go immediately to the airport so we ended up taking a Lyft back to save time and it was hot waiting for the bus in the sun. The bus tour was a short tour around Miami with a half hour stop in Little Havana. It would be better if they gave us ear phones and allowed you to pick your preferred language to listen to rather than a guy speaking over a microphone in English and then Spanish. Sometimes the sound was not very clear. After the bus they bring you to a restaurant next to the boat pier hoping you’ll eat there, we had from 1-3 before the boat left.
This is a good tour to see a few highlights around Miami and Miami Beach. Sit on the top deck to have the best views and make sure you pay attention to the very low tree branches or you'll get wacked if you don't duck in time. Also, hold on to your hats and sunglasses or you might lose them with the strong winds. The tour guide gives you ample warnings in between his explanation of the sights so just pay attention and all is good. This actually made the tour more fun. The bay tour was very interesting. Got to see the very large yacts of Mark Cuban and Alicia Keys, as well as their homes and the homes of Gloria Estefan, Ricky Martin, Tiger Woods, J Lo, and many more celebrities. We parked around the corner from the bus meeting spot for $10 and then walked down Lincoln Street to see the shops and restaurants. I recommend this tour
A great tour that gave a really good basic understanding of the city. Filled with jokes that seemed to translate well both into English and Spanish - the tour took us around the city with a stop in Little Havana. The boat tour at the end was a great way to see the island with the added info of which famous faces owned these incredible mansions! The tour was half hour late in starting but that’s the only fault given the price and all round experience
Great, quick tour of Miami highlights. Definitely research parking in the area if you are driving. Between bus tour and boat tour you are dropped off at the Bayside shopping center. Web site does not tell you that fewer buses are used to take people from Bayside shopping center back to starting points, so long lines form and long wait time. Excellent price for the tour!! Make sure you tip the excellent, informative, and very helpful tour guides.
Was a quick tour of the city, combined bus and boat. All went relative quick, albeit wait between bus and tour was relatively long - almost 2 hours! Time could be killed at restaurant, and/or shopping center. Liked the quick stop in little Havana, but was more a stop to buy cigars/ souveniers, whereas I felt that rest of bus tour was rushed.
