Immerse yourself in the fairytale landscapes of Moselle on this relaxed bike and boat tour. Enjoy a picnic with local delicacies and refreshments.

Begin your tour by hopping on a bike in Cochem with your filled picnic basket, waiting and prepared for you. Then glide along the countryside on an easy-to-follow route along the Moselle River.

Drive directly into Beilstein (10 km) or Cross over the picturesque Senheimer Bridge and then into Beilstein (23 km).

Board the ship in the early afternoon with your bike and enjoy a relaxing ride along the Moselle that takes you back to Cochem. Meet the winemaker and enjoy a wine tasting with 3 samples of your choice. Take a bottle home with you as a gift.

If you want to do a tour at your own pace and it's your first time in the Mosel valley, it can be a good option. Due to the lack of transparency and value for money vs what you get, I only gave 2 stars. To be more specific, on the website Get your Gide is presented as a bicycle tour, with the possibility to choose English as an option. Which misleads you that you will purchase a guided tour in English. In reality it is a tour on your own, where you receive documents in English with a map of the route and the other services included in the package. It is not presented on the website as an "on your own" tour, only after purchasing the package being informed, between the lines and if you read carefully.

The cycling scenery and the wine tasting were an experience. After online reservation and payment made in advance, the information caused confusion, e.g. all documents had to be printed even though the ticket was in the online version on the phone. No one read the documents we printed in the hotel. Very few people have a printer these days. The information about the meeting place caused confusion on the morning of departure, because it was unnecessary information. The bikes had to be picked up at the GD ticket office, which was rather poorly marked. Attention should be paid to these in the future, because there are travelers from all over the world and of different ages. Otherwise, our experience was great and enjoyable.
