Overall rating
We drove with a guide towards the jungle to go on a game drive. Because it is very overgrown there are unfortunately few animals to see, not like on a safari. The guide drove through the landscape at 100 km/h and had little desire to communicate. At a fixed point we were passed by an armed rancher who walked with us to the waterfall. He was really fit and positive and informative. We had the tour to ourselves, as well as the waterfall, which falls beautifully into a very shallow pool of water. The way back is a bit arduous as it is steep uphill, hiking boots are a must. We continued on to a lodge with a wonderful view and pool. Lunch was not our cup of tea and half the menu was sold out, very annoying. Drinks always have to be paid for separately. All in all it was a great day trip with lots of beautiful nature.
Great tour. Trips to Wasini are offered by seemingly everyone in Mombasa, so it was hard to know who to choose. I'm very glad that I picked this tour for the two of us, with it being entirely private. It was well priced, for being private. We saw dolphins, lunch was good, the mangroves are remarkable. My only slight issue was with the cost of SCUBA diving. This was an expensive upgrade, from snorkelling, which felt unnecessary. Costs such as the boat were already covered by the tour. However, the diving was brilliant. Eric was a great driver for us
The trip was REALLY great! We had lot of fun😍 Guys who guide us were really funny, but also responsible. They took us perfect pictures on gopro under the water! The food was also great! We really recommended! Best experience. If we go back to Kenya one day, we’ll definitely book this trip again❤️
