NOT GOOD. Boat company called to say boat departs @ 1PM NOT 1:30PM.
Your staff, Anthony, was excellent. The best ever. However, after booking, we found out YOUR LISTING WAS INCORRECT! YOUR MATERIALS ON LINE SAID BOAT DEPARTS AT 1:30 pm. NOT RIGHT===NOT! It seems a serious error for you to charge $100 and then cause us to miss the boat. NOTE: The current listing is wrong. However, it may change with daylight savings time. Check it out so you save yourselves future problems.
The staff was really nice, the weather was beautiful. We saw some dolphins not a lot but there isn’t anything anyone could do about it. The boat trip was still relaxing and I’d recommend it
All the staff and guides were friendly and super helpful. Loved their wit, their demeanor and so accommodating. Thanks for a wonderful time.
